CMC Productions (Pa.) also offers children's Musical Theatre Classes! These classes are created and taught by the very talented Cindy Duffie-McCord. Cindy has many years of experience as a singer, actress, and performer. She graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, majoring in Musical Theatre. For 30 years Cindy has fronted bands of all kinds, been a recording artist doing commercials and her own CD, and she also works with kids through the music enrichment program, Makin' Music. Most recently, Cindy joined her husband at the Hill Top Preparatory School in SE Pa. as Director of the 2012 Hill Top School Show, "Seussical, Jr."
Cindy has numerous voice students of all ages, and she also teaches piano. Her approach to voice is not rigid; rather Cindy teaches stylization and technique, breath control, and movement. Cindy says, "I think the best way to get better is to 'do,' so I offer opportunities throughout the year for the kids to sing out in public venues to get some exposure!

In addition to the above mentioned services, CMC Productions (Pa.) offers lessons for children and adults on Guitar and Bass. These lessons are taught by Chris McCord. Chris studied guitar with John Dragonetti, and played in numerous bands in high school, as well as his high school's Stage Band. After graduation, he tried his hand as a Business Administration major, but found it was not where he wanted to devote his time and effort. Chris decided to get back into music full-time. Except for a few years spent at the Art Institute of Philadelphia learning how to build websites, every aspect of his life has been related to music in some way.
As a sought after professional musician with over 20 years experience, Chris has spent many hours on the road and in the studio, performing up and down the east coast of the U.S., and as far south as Austin, Texas. He has shared the stage with the likes of Smokin' Joe Frazier, The Dovells, members of Loggins and Messina, Warren Zevon, members of the Eagles, Toots and the Maytals, the Bluesbreakers, Buddy Guy, and Koko Taylor, among countless others. Chris is the Music Director at the Hill Top Preparatory School in SE Pa. Hill Top is a private day school for children, grades 5 thru 12, with diagnosed learning differences. Chris teaches Music Appreciation, Intro to Performing Arts, and runs the both the Hill Top House Band and Hill Top Singers, after school activities where the students participate in a rock band, and perform in the school shows.
